I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner licensed in Georgia, Washington, Missouri, and Tennessee. I am currently accepting new patients virtually in Washington. I have over 12 years of experience across various areas of healthcare and have recently completed advanced training in mental health.

I specialize in supporting individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and life transitions. I understand that reaching out for help can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to navigate it alone.

My approach is compassionate, straightforward, and collaborative. I take the time to truly listen, understand your unique experiences, and work with you to create a personalized treatment plan that aligns with your goals—whether that includes therapy, medication management, or both.
